Quoting Tanks

When quoting tanks for a customer always get the diameter, height and weight of the tank or tanks you are quoting.

How would you quote this tank if you have a tank is 120” diameter and 203” height and weighs 2200 pounds?

1. The height at 203 inches is the most important aspect of this load. 203 inches is equal to 16 foot 9 inches. At this height it is a super load in all states. Ask your customer if the tank can be laid down.

2. This changes your dimensions to 203 inches in length x 120 inches width x 120 inches height. (if the tank cannot be laid down this will change the way you need to quote this load)

3. At 120 inches for the width and height or equal to 10 foot high and wide
